Supply Chain Analyst (Miami-Dade County)

We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in South Miami who thrives at the intersection of data accuracy, planning, and procurement. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable working with high-SKU product lines in a regulated environment, where accuracy and problem-solving matter as much as system experience.

This is 100% in office role. Not remote or hybrid options available.

What You'll Do :

• Maintain master data integrity, item setups, and bill of materials.
• Prepare and evaluate materials requirements and stocking plans to support customer service levels.
• Place purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and expedite as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support decisions on make vs. buy, reorder points, and vendor / component rationalization through data analysis.
• Use advanced Excel to create reports and tools that fill gaps where systems fall short.
• Assist with supply chain aspects of new product launches, from item setup to planning and procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and escalate where needed.
