Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in frontend and backend engineering to lead the design, development and optimization of scalable and high performance web applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with mastery of React, Node.js, and AWS, and a passion for building reliable, world-class solutions that drive business impact.

In this role, you will own the core backend of our data valuation marketplace spanning user management, transactions, workflows, pricing engines and data APIs while driving key decisions around scalability, security, and global performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, well architected services and user facing applications.
• Lead full stack development across frontend and backend systems using React , Node.js .
• Build reusable, high quality code and backward-compatible APIs for microservices and system integrations.
• Integrate APIs, databases and cloud services with intuitive, responsive UI components.
• Ensure exceptional performance, user experience, and reliability across platforms.
• Enforce strong unit testing, build functional tests and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
• Optimize performance, debug complex issues, and maintain application health.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold development best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive architectural decisions, scalability and security improvements while keeping current with modern frameworks and tools.
