Job Title : Production Associate

Location : Concord, NH (On-site)

Pay : $18-$23 / hr

Employment Type : Contract to Hire

We are hiring Production Associates to support the manufacturing and assembly of high-frequency power components and custom coils. This role involves hands-on work with small parts, soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly. Training is provided, and candidates will work in a clean, organized environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Assemble and solder components according to specifications

Prepare and label materials for production

Ensure product quality and compliance with documentation

Accurately record time and follow production processes

Assist with material movement between workstations

Essential Skills

Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly

Comfortable working with small parts

Ability to cross-train in soldering, wiring, and general assembly

Attention to detail and quality standards

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Team-oriented mindset

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs

Open-concept manufacturing floor with individual workstations

Bright, clean, and organized facility

Shift : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM (Friday overtime available)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.
