Position : Program Coordinator (Youth Group Home DDD Program)

Organization : VEMA

VEMA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Coordinator to oversee our DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) group homes program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health, and / or Assisted Living settings. This role is critical in maintaining a structured, safe, and engaging environment for the members we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home and ensure compliance with DDD and state regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff.
• Maintain consistent routines while incorporating enriching home and community activities.
• Manage and document behavioral interventions in accordance with individual Behavior Treatment Plans.
• Utilize positive redirection and de-escalation techniques for managing acute behaviors.
• Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with families, DDD support coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Be available for on-call support (24 / 7) as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct behavioral healthrelated experience within an organization; or
