Job description

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, day / eve shift, Monday-Friday / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm / Rotating weekends / Rotating holidays. Your primary work location will be 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include :

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate from an approved licensed practical school of nursing. Required

    • Work Experience

    Licenses & Certifications

  • Current LPN license to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
  • Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
