Job Title : Phlebotomist III Floater

Duration : 3 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift / Time Zone : : Day shift / EST - the hours can range from 7 : 30a-4 : 30p - 8 : 00a-5 : 30p.

Role Overview :

The PSR III serves as the company's face to patients, providing high-quality blood specimen collection and processing while ensuring patient comfort, trust, and confidence. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and flexibility to work across multiple locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draw quality blood specimens from patients using safe, skillful techniques.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients, creating a trusting and comfortable atmosphere.
• Accurately prepare specimens for laboratory testing, maintaining strict adherence to protocols.
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure correct labeling of specimens.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive company image.
• Work under minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel between sites (doctor's offices, patient service centers) as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies including dress code, safety, and confidentiality.
