Job Description

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track and within scope. Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Support the procurement of materials and services required for project execution. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • Experience managing construction projects within the commercial and multifamily industry up to $20M
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps)
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
