This role provides a critical bridge between evidence-based program initiatives and local service delivery teams, ensuring the successful rollout, adoption, and sustainability of key programs. The Implementation Coordinator will work closely with regional and county-level staff to facilitate training, provide coaching, and monitor fidelity and compliance across multiple initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to supporting staff in applying evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to improving outcomes for families through structured program implementation. The role involves both strategic coordination and practical support, with opportunities to contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities :
- Coordinate regional implementation efforts for evidence-based programs (EBPs) including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT).
- Serve as a liaison between implementation specialists, caseworkers, supervisors, and staff development coordinators across assigned counties.
- Provide coaching, role-playing, and fidelity adherence support to staff using MI and other EBPs.
- Utilize AI-driven platforms to support training, monitoring, and evaluation of staff performance and program delivery.
- Monitor training completion, fidelity checks, and compliance activities, reporting updates and challenges as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for additional training and support.
- Support assigned tasks related to the implementation, monitoring, and coaching phases of evidence-based programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a closely related field with at least 2 years of experience in a social service, clinical, or client-facing setting; or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Knowledge of child welfare systems, the Family First Prevention Services Act, and related evidence-based programs.Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing; knowledge of Brief Strategic Family Therapy is preferred.Experience with program implementation, coaching, or evidence-based program facilitation preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.Ability to analyze data, interpret outcomes, and make strategic recommendations.Commitment to teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms.Availability to work variable hours and travel regularly throughout the state.A valid driver’s license is required.Benefits
