Key Responsibilities
Reconcile dealer floorplan audits and assess unverified and sold units from inventory audits
Identify risk trends and communicate potential problematic account situations to management
Enhance customer interactions and support proactive risk mitigation strategies through reporting tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of relevant experience in risk assessment and dealer audits
Strong organizational and clerical skills
Experience with document preparation and review, as well as CRM tools
Ability to analyze customer problems and identify underlying issues
Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
