We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or long-term care settings and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you serve.

• Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
• Observe and report any significant changes in the client's health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments or community activities.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize vital signs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
