The purpose of Learning Services is to provide effective training processes that close plant performance gaps, contribute to safe and reliable plant operations, and achieve accreditation renewal by INPO for all Diablo Canyon training programs.
Position Summary
Supervises the daily activities of Technical Training Instructors and ensures that Technical Training programs are implemented with quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer focus. Oversees training programs in : Engineering Support Personnel (ESP), Chemistry and Radiation Protection (C&RP).
Will be required to support the DCPP Emergency Response Organization (ERO).
To obtain and maintain employment and unescorted access at DCPP, you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen, a security background check, psychological screen, computer-based training, and be subject to random drug and alcohol.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable salary range is :
