Application Specialist - Computed Tomography (CT)

In this role, you will deliver on-site application education and support for Computed Tomography (CT) systems, ensuring clients can fully leverage advanced imaging technologies. You will provide hands-on demonstrations, assist with system upgrades, and offer workflow guidance to optimize clinical operations. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will support clinicians and healthcare teams in implementing new methods and enhancing patient care. Collaboration with sales, training, and R&D teams will allow you to contribute to product improvement and customer satisfaction. This position requires occasional on-site visits while allowing flexibility for remote work when possible. You will engage with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing medical imaging solutions and improving healthcare outcomes globally.

Accountabilities :

• Deliver on-site CT application education, including system demonstrations, updates, and upgrades.
• Provide clinical workflow guidance, parameter adjustments, and training to optimize CT operations.
• Offer professional applications support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including remote support when needed.
• Support sales teams with product demonstrations, clinical case studies, and coaching for new team members.
• Assist in developing application training courses for customer sites or central training facilities.
• Collaborate with R&D and CRM teams to communicate customer needs, issues, and provide troubleshooting expertise.
