Lead HVAC Installer (3+ years experience required)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

• Duties
• Perform and manage installation, of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductless systems, and boilers.
• 100% residential
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians on best practices in HVAC
• Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC installer
• Proficiency in HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating systems, and boilers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• EPA certified
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.

Base Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
