• 50 / 50 split on clinic lab & Endoscopy
• Endo pre & post operating rooms 8 / Procedure rooms 4
• 8 day call 1 & 4;
• Consultation Services only for IP
• No tech specifics are required
• 4 MDs & 1 NP in the clinic now, 1 NP day each day
• 3+ weeks wait time
• 5K cases

500 IP / 4500 OPProcedure volume
