You'll make an impact by :
Building relationships on team & cross-functionally through supporting the on-desk M0 owner of key macro campaignsWorking collaboratively with marketing and editorial : You'll assist in campaign strategy, planning, and execution, helping to providing insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. You will execute campaign activities within agreed timeframes at the agreed levels of quality and provide feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness.Leveraging data to optimize the campaign strategy : You'll leverage data, reporting and analytical insights to set goals, measure success and continually refine campaign performance. You'll translate big or complex data into a clear, concise storytelling for stakeholders and leadership.Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics.Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders : You'll lead, advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution.Operating with excellence : You'll land the fundamentals and create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
StockMinimum Qualifications
2 years' experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office, Negotiating with third-party suppliers, Pricing, site merchandising, planning or inventory, or related area Bachelors : Business, Bachelors : Merchandising
