Outside Sales Representative

Location : Pittsburgh East, PA

Pay : Base + Commission

Express Employment Professionals - Pittsburgh East is growing and looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our internal team. This is a great opportunity for a driven, people-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and helping local businesses solve their hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop new business through face-to-face visits, networking, and phone outreach
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership
Identify staffing needs and coordinate with our recruiting team to deliver top talent
Meet weekly activity goals and sales targets
Represent Express Employment in a professional, community-focused manner

What We're Looking For :

Previous B2B sales experience preferred (staffing industry experience is a plus)

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
