Job descriptionOversee all activities in the construction process Correctly interpret blueprints, plans & drawings Self Perform & Delegate Tasks to Team Members Performance Evaluations of Team Members Accurately document materials used and hours worked Enforce safety regulations Report accidents or misconduct to management Estimate Timelines No Overnight Travel Full-Time Year-Round Position Competitive starting wage with room for advancements Work Truck Provided Overtime Pay Vacation Sick Leave Holidays Insurance Dependent Care Assistance Plan Simple-IRA with matching contributions Flexible Spending Account Options Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience. Must have personal hand tools Must be physically fit and be able to lift at least 75 lbs. High School Diploma or GED. Continued education is a plus. Experience in operating machinery is a plus (can train) such as : Skid-Steer, Telehandler and Aerial Lifts Experience operating laser level and shooting elevations is a plus (can train). Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills Must have an eye for detail Valid Drivers License

- Finish Trim, Casing and Molding
- Casework & Cabinetry Installation
- Doors & Window Installation
- Decks & Pergolas
- Siding Installation
- Soffits & Fascia
