Key Responsibilities :
Engage with clients virtually or by phone to assess their insurance needs
Present customized life insurance solutions using a consultative approach
Guide clients through the application and approval process
Maintain timely follow-ups and detailed CRM records
Deliver a high-quality experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
