Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare leader in assisted living, long-term care, or related fieldWorking knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulationsStrong background in setting performance expectations, coaching, and providing feedback, nurturing positive team and company culture, managing change, delegating effectively, and resolving conflictsDedication to working with seniors with memory impairment in a culturally diverse workforceState-specific licensure strongly preferredThis role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employmentAssociates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s licenseMust be comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community petsYou may be required to work outside of regular hours depending on business needsWhat you'll be doing
Embrace and practice the mission, principles, and values of SilveradoProvide guidance to community staff, empower department leaders, and oversee responsibility for community operationsEnsure compliance with State, Federal, and County regulationsGuarantee that Total Quality Management (TQM) principles are taught to staff and implemented consistentlyPartner with Talent Acquisition for successful hiring outcomesProvide counsel and direction to staff, review evaluations, and recommend advancement and compensatory changesFoster open communication with residents, their families, and friends to maintain a peaceful environment and address requests and input to establish care standardsAssume responsibility for the financial operation of the community by developing and administering budgets and overseeing business office operationsAnticipated pay range
$170,000 — $190,000 USD
