Production Print Technical Consultant - Dlr

Overview

The responsibility of the Production Print Technical Consultant (PPTC) is to be the expert on the full line of KMBS production and industrial print hardware and solutions products. The PPTC will work with dealers and dealer customers to provide customer workflow assessments and demonstrations, solution design, configuration, and development. This includes the creation of statements of work and initial workflow setup as required.

Supports a team of 5-7 sales specialists selling production / industrial print hardware and solutions and includes post-sale training and support.

The PPTC will be responsible to drive hardware and software solution, professional services and assist with the sales of KM print production and industrial hardware. PPTC will support regional team of PPS's to handle all technical aspects associated with Production and Industrial Printing sales including, configurations, troubleshooting, dealer and end user training, etc.

• Proficiency is all features, functions and limitations of KM current production and industrial printing equipment.
• Responsible for providing valid configurations for current KM production and industrial printing equipment.
• Make recommendations for upselling and additional 3

party finishing items and software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
