As a Founding Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banksdriving efficiency, compliance, and innovation. You'll partner with C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and engineering teams to deliver projects that redefine how banks operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex software implementation projects ($5M+) from strategy through execution.
• Design and manage implementation roadmaps that navigate regulatory requirements, legacy integrations, and change management.
• Build scalable methodologies to accelerate platform adoption across financial institutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and compliance teams.
• Establish project management best practices for fintech-bank partnerships.
