About the Role
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is a future-forward HR leader responsible for designing and executing integrated talent strategies that accelerate growth, build organizational capability, and strengthen resilience across the Product-to-Market functions. This role requires a growth mindset, learning agility, and comfort operating in ambiguity, while shaping innovative solutions that equip our people to thrive in a rapidly changing retail landscape. As a strategic thought partner, this leader will collaborate across business, HR, and technology teams to ensure we are cultivating a high-performing, future-ready workforce aligned with Gap Inc.'s transformation and growth objectives.

Salary Range : $149,600 - $198,200 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
