Peraton has an opportunity for a Program Director to lead our military intelligence program(s) of record to deliver, operate and sustain modernized, transformed data science / data analysis environments worldwide that enable speedy and precise decision making to warfighters.

The Program Director is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of advanced analytics, data integration, and intelligence solutions to government customers. This role requires expertise in program management, object-based intelligence (OBI), and advanced analytic methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of government standards and policies. This role will oversee all aspects of portfolio program execution, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

The Program Director is responsible for, but not limited to :

Program Leadership

• Lead successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program / project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Acquiring follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and support new business development, to include on contract growth.
• Lead the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and mission requirements.
• Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security requirements.
• Manage and is responsible for all phases of program(s) budget.
• Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; prepare and manage forecasts for program financial performance.

This Position requires an Active TS / SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
