Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in corporate communications, with a minimum of 8 years in senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive communications, media relations, and crisis management, and will be adept at influencing at the highest levels. Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
