Traveling Position – Home on Weekends

We’re looking for high-performance technicians to join our elite  Commercial HVAC RTU Replacement Team . Think of us as the  pit crew of HVAC  – fast, skilled, efficient, and professional. Our team handles  turnkey rooftop unit replacements  across the region, and we’re proud to deliver precise, high-quality work from  rigging to startup  – and everything in between.

About the Role :

As a part of this specialized crew, you’ll be expected to perform across multiple trades with a high level of skill and coordination :

• RTU change-outs (multiple units per project)
• Rigging and crane coordination
• Gas piping
• Electrical and control wiring
• Ductwork and sheet metal
• System testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning

This is not your average HVAC job. We work as a tight, professional team that gets in, gets the job done right, and moves on to the next.
