We need a motivated litigation attorney with 5 + years’ experience in at least one of the following practice areas : Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Business Law, Estate Planning / Wealth Counseling, or Employment Law. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a group environment.

Qualifications :

• Preferred candidate would have 5 + years of experience.
• Active in good and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Extensive experience handling trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Candidate should excel at drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and possess strong research, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment
