A dynamic and expanding Anesthesia team in Muskegon, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join their group. This opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time physicians, offering flexibility and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights :
Join a confident, collaborative, and professional team practicing under a care team model , supervising CRNAs with the opportunity to also personally perform anesthesia.
State-of-the-art facility with :
20 operating rooms
5 heart & vascular rooms
6 endoscopy rooms
2 C-section suites
Diverse case mix including :
Orthopedics (elective & trauma)
ENT, Gynecology, Complex Vascular
Neurosurgery
Interventional and structural cardiology
Cardiothoracic surgery
Obstetrics (with epidural opportunities)
Radiology anesthesia support
Advanced regional techniques and peripheral nerve blocks encouraged (training available if needed).
Involved in developing a Surgical Optimization Service to improve pre-op consistency and outcomes.
Approximately 2200 hours annually for a full-time position (1.0 FTE), covering day / evening / night shifts and shared holidays / weekends. Part-time roles are prorated.
Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (must be certified within 2 years) Required
Michigan Medical License (or willing to obtain) Required
DEA License (or willing to obtain) Required
BLS and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain) Required
Interest in full-time or part-time employment Required (please specify upon submission)
