Administrative Assistant
Are you an organized and adaptable professional looking for a short-term opportunity? Our client near Parma, Ohio is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 5-month, fully in-office assignment. This role offers up to $21 per hour and is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and start right away. Requirements
Provide general administrative support to staff and management
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and greet visitors
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist with data entry and file organization
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
Able to start as soon as possible and work fully onsite near Parma, OH
Compensation & Schedule
Temporary, full-time position (5-month assignment)
Pay up to $21 per hour, based on experience
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
