Position Responsibilities :

• Prepare complex individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns for HNWI clients.
• Assist with multi-state tax matters impacting individuals and their families.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on evolving tax issues, laws, and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
• Support clients with estate, charitable, and wealth transfer planning strategies.
• Collaborate directly with partners to develop innovative tax strategies tailored to client needs.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Mentor, train, and provide feedback to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
