Hot 8 Yoga is growing and expanding our management team. We are looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our company. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts
- Lots of cleaning - all day every day
- Lead Teacher Trainings
- Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
