Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts.
- Build and manage a strong network of carriers.
- Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data.
- Continuously learn and build industry-related skills to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Earning Potential:
- Commission/Draw (uncapped) – Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins. First-year sellers average $7K-$10K in commission per month, Second-year sellers earn $20K-$40K per month and top sellers are taking home $70K+ per month.
- Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly payroll.
- Average Monthly Pay: $5-10K
