HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Number of Beds - 7 Number of Staff – 4 night nurses on staff currently Shift for the Traveler Night Shift (1900-0700) Type of staff : Day Shift – 2 RN and 1 Scrub Tech Night Shift – 2 RN and 1 Scrub Tech Patient Ratios – 1 : 3 variable by census and acuity Type of equipment – GE fetal monitors, Panda warmers, IUPC, Kiwi vac., Koala IUPC EMR – Epic and CPN connect On Call Requirements : 2 shifts on call per four-week schedule Weekend Requirements : 2 weekends, but variable depending on staffing Typical Procedures : Induction, C-Section, Vaginal delivery, D&C, cerclage, versions and bilateral tubal ligation, triage, NST, OB injections, OP infusions, IUFD care Requires : - An ASN degree minimum - A recent 12 months of L&D RN experience in an acute hospital setting - OR Circulator experience - AK RN License - AWHONN Intermediate), ACLS, BLS, and NRP Certification - Floating to mom / baby, if needed About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
