  • Translate client objectives into actionable production strategies that balance creative ambition with operational reality.

Project & Financial Leadership

  • Lead budgets typically between $500K–$2M, with the ability to scale to larger projects when needed.

  • Negotiate scopes, manage estimates, and ensure vendor delivery meets client expectations for quality, timeliness, and innovation.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead production teams on major activations while providing light oversight and coaching to Producers and Associate Producers on smaller programs.
  • Actively mentor junior staff, building their client-facing confidence, production skills, and process discipline.

  • Process Improvement & Consistency

  • Drive adherence to production standards, templates, and workflows while recommending refinements to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency of execution across projects and accounts.
  • Share learnings with leadership and peers to evolve best practices across the Production department.
