Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. An EMDR certification is preferred, reflecting our commitment to offering diverse therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize EMDR techniques for clients with trauma-related issues, if certified.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing training.
