Analyst - Equiliem

Job Summary

The Analyst supports operational and financial functions by performing detailed data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. This position requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage large data sets accurately and efficiently. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress-to-target metrics, identify process improvements, and support field inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reconciliation of internal records to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Derive analytics and report on progress-to-target and key performance metrics
• Create, manage, and update reports using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and filtering
• Respond to inquiries from field teams and provide accurate, timely data support
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support review schedules and ensure data integrity across systems
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
