As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Friday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and helping to maintain order within the location.
• Support staff, patients, and visitors by providing directions and responding to inquiries as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
