About The Position

Job Title : Hospice Registered Nurse

Profession : RN

Shift : Monday-Friday

Hours per Shift : 8 hours, 0800-1630, may vary

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : Active RN license in Illinois

Certifications : BLS, Valid driver's license and insurance

Must-Have : Independent worker

Works remotely

Computer / EMR skills

Description :

Provide end-of-life care for hospice patients.

Responsible for 4-5 patient visits per day.

Work collaboratively with hospice aides, with 1 aide for every 2 RNs.

Available for weekend call rotations, typically 1 every 4-5 weekends.

1-2 nights call required per week.

Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records.

Understand and comply with drug-free campus policies.
