The role of Corporate Services Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. As a key contributor to multiple departments, the position offers a dynamic work environment where responsibilities span facility services, departmental coordination, safety and security, and financial processes. Ideal for a proactive and organized professional, this role is central to maintaining efficiency and supporting both day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Facility Services : Provides support to the organization for facility services which can include : mail, shipping and receiving; inventory, imaging, and archiving company records; database administration; facilities services; high volume printing; equipment operation and maintenance; physical security; front desk / reception; coordinates and implements employee moves, adds & changes (MAC), including coordinating furniture relocation and reconfiguration, equipment relocation and set up, equipment shipping and receiving, etc. Performs furniture arrangement in conference room set-ups. Monitors and assists with facilities help-desk requests. May require the use of equipment (dollies and carts).
- Department Support : Supports one or more department(s) by participating in or coordinating special projects as needed. Coordinates meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of meeting materials. Handles catering for various meetings. Applies spreadsheet skills to produce and maintain reports for department management. Generates reports from various department systems to retrieve data as necessary. Maintains records and prepares reports, enters and retrieves information. Stores and retrieves files (both physical and digital) to ensure the timely access of information and records. Tracks inventory and purchases office supplies. Coordinates incoming and prepares outgoing mail. May act as a notary for company business.
- Safety & Security : May act as back up by participating in quarterly meetings; preparing and distributing minutes. Participate in company evacuation and safety team training and drills.
- Purchasing, Invoicing & Budgeting : Reviews and codes invoices and charge backs. May act as the budget coordinator or backup for one or more department(s). May act as backup by working with Supervisor on purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Other duties as required : Job may require fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.

Activity - Lifting - 51-75 lbs Percent - Occasionally (36 - 75%)The pay range for this position is $23.58 - $29.17+ per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
