• Duties :
• Will address clinical issues / concerns that may arise in a 24-hr period.
• Will be providing supervision / leadership for the current providers, review of potential admission denial (MA requirement), recruitment / retention of providers, participate in meetings and assist in guiding the hospital clinically until a permanent replacement is found.
• Will be assisting in ensuring the current provider are supervised and retained. Additionally, they would be assisting in the interviewing and staffing the hospital on an as needed basis.
• Required Procedures :
• Clinical Areas : Anxiety, Affective, ADD / ADHD, Personality, Psychotic and Organic disorders
• Familiarity With : Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion therapy, Restrain Application
• Treatment techniques : Group therapy, Family therapy, ECT
• No. of Beds : 120 max (ramp up growth)
