As a Security Officer - Access Control Patrol in Vineland, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Tue12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Wed12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Sat08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Sun08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access points at the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Verify identification and credentials for individuals entering the premises, following site-specific procedures.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related inquiries and directions.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed logs of access control activities and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.

Support emergency response activities by following location-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
