Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy, both individually and in family settings, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support clients in their mental health journeys.
- Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.
