Job Title
Key Responsibilities : Efficiently process trade-in and purchase DMV documentation. Contact banks for payoff titles. Maintain records of wholesale titles due. Keep vehicle inventory and temporary tag stock up to date. Maintain accurate logs for title and registration transactions. Ensure inspections, registrations, and title compliance for all vehicles. Collaborate with DMV personnel to resolve issues. Verify the accuracy of completed forms and ensure proper documentation. Assist with general office tasks including answering phones, processing bank deposits, and filing.
Qualifications : Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Background in automotive title work a strong plus. Previous experience working with outside vendors. Proactive in acquiring time-sensitive documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and wholesale teams. Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with the public. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of basic accounting software and Microsoft Office. Experience with Dealer Track, Arkona, or other dealership software is a plus. Notary certification is a also plus. High School diploma required.
