We offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new hygienists, including 2-4 weeks of training. Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day and we do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices. The starting base pay is between $43-50 / hr based on experience and skill set. We pay to laser certify all our hygienists and our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctors. Our hygienists have daily production compensation with no limit to hourly pay and additional compensation. Our technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays. We offer quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienists to make more than $55-$65 / hr. We also provide paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications, innovative technology and software, paid holidays, paid time off immediately upon offer, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, and 401k. No weekends and full-time hygienists can make $100,000-$150,000+ / year in our high care, low patient volume model.

Position requirements include an active Texas RDH license, CPR certification, and a reliable form of transportation.
