In this role, you'll generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and directly contribute to agency growth. This is a true sales position ideal for someone confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.

You'll work with warm leads and your own prospects to sell personal and commercial lines of insurance, identifying client needs and presenting tailored coverage solutions.

Compensation : $52,000$80,000 per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Top performers regularly exceed $80K+ annually.

Signing Bonus : $2,000 $1,000 paid after 30 days and another $1,000 after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell personal lines products (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Condo)
• Follow up on warm leads and generate new opportunities through referrals and community engagement
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations to recommend proper coverage
• Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotes promptly
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Cross-sell additional products during client reviews
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
