ZoomCare is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to serve as our New Graduate Program Director in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA . In this dynamic role, youll lead our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship Program and play a critical part in shaping the next generation of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Youll also provide direct patient care in our modern, high-efficiency clinics.

Your Role at a Glance

• Leadership : Direct our APP Urgent Care Fellowship Programdesign the curriculum, guide fellows, and oversee clinical instruction.
• Mentorship : Serve as a role model and advisor, offering feedback and career guidance.
• Collaboration : Partner with clinical site leaders and faculty for bedside and didactic education.
• Evaluation & Reporting : Oversee program tracking, clinical hours, evaluations, and accreditation documentation.
• Recruitment : Lead onboarding and candidate selection for new fellows.
• Representation : Promote ZoomCares program at conferences and maintain ties with professional orgs.
