Job Title : On-Site Coordinator
Reports To : Branch Manager
Schedule : Monday–Friday, AM Shift (Weekend & Overtime Availability Required)
Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Purpose
The On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the client and the Full Steam Staffing HR Department. This role ensures strong communication, employee relations, and efficient operational support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and staffing office.
- Attend daily staffing meetings and fulfill personnel requirements.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor employee performance and handle disciplinary actions when appropriate.
- Manage daily time and attendance, including missing in / out reports.
- Process payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support business development by maintaining a strong working relationship with the client.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist HR with investigations, employee complaints, and EEOC matters.
- Oversee temporary associates and supervise daily activities.
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform daily safety checks and support safety initiatives directed by the Safety Director.
- Track compliance for new hires, pay ranges, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate clear, proactive communication with all employee levels.
- Be available for on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year of On-Site Coordinator or Supervisory experience preferred .Experience in recruiting (temporary & direct hire), payroll, benefits administration, labor / employee relations, and safety / workers’ compensation, ideally in a warehouse or production environment.Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages at a professional level.Reasoning & Leadership Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.Understanding of distribution center operations.Physical Demands
