Role Overview

The Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at Casa Madera, ensuring seamless delivery across the restaurant, the Mondrian Hotel partnership, and internal staff dining operations. This role requires a strategic and operational leader capable of managing multiple revenue centers, building strong relationships with hotel partners, and driving service excellence throughout all areas of F&B.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Oversee all daily operations of Casa Madera, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop F&B management teams, including front-of-house and back-of-house leadership.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs across all restaurant operations.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
