As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping improve the quality of life for the children and families we serve in our modern clinic and in the community-based setting. The optimal candidate will perform highest quality evaluation and treatment in the areas of speech, language, oral motor, and feeding across a full range of diagnoses. The optimal candidate will be a driven professional and avid learner who will work with our highly experienced SLP staff, across therapy disciplines, and with referring providers to advocate for the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement fun and engaging speech therapy care plans that are tailored to the needs of each child and their family
- Provide high quality, thorough patient assessments
- Effectively communicate patient progress to parents and other members of treatment team
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care for individual patients and for the overall caseload
