Education
- Minimum : High school diploma or GED
- Preferred : Post-secondary education in a related field; Medical Terminology coursework
Licenses / Certifications
Current BLS certification (provided during first week of hire)CPI certification within 30 days of hireExperience

Monitors and reports changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staffEnsures safe patient handling and mobility, including use of transfer devices and fall prevention measuresAssists with wound care, splinting, and sterile dressing setup if needed under RN / MD supervisionFollows infection prevention and isolation protocols rigorouslyDemonstrates proficiency in prioritizing multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environmentSupports de-escalation and behavioral emergency interventionsCollaborates with multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient patient flow and continuity of careAccurately documents patient care and observations in the medical record according to policyMaintains equipment by cleaning, testing, and reporting malfunctions promptly
