Overview

Type : Hourly Contract

Compensation : $45–$65 / hour (based on experience and location)

Location : Remote

Duration : 2–3 months (with potential extensions)

Commitment : 30–40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities

Oversee and structure multimedia production pipelines to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for coherence in AI training datasets.
Design and refine visual effects to enhance production and post-production quality.
Review AI-generated outputs, providing detailed feedback for realism, polish, and cinematic standards.
Collaborate with researchers and creative teams to refine production / post-production workflows.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production .

Proven expertise in producing, directing, or post-production supervision.

Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke).

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and continuity.

Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality results remotely, and manage deadlines.

Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
